Nature of the product

This product contains extremely pungent chile peppers, including varietals exceeding 1,000,000 Scoville Heat Units. Consumption causes intense pain and physical distress by design. The complete list of varietals and their heat ranges is disclosed on the packaging and on the product page prior to purchase. What is not disclosed is which numbered pod corresponds to which varietal.

Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that consuming this product carries an inherent risk of physical discomfort, pain, gastrointestinal distress, and in rare cases a medical emergency. You voluntarily assume that risk for yourself.

Providing this product to others

If you serve, gift, or otherwise provide this product to another person, you agree to disclose its contents and heat range to that person, to confirm that they are 18 or older, and to give them the enclosed safety insert.
