Shipping policy

We ship free within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, by USPS Ground Advantage. An Express option is available at checkout for $15.

Orders placed before 12pm Central on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. Typical transit is 2 to 5 business days for standard, 1 to 2 for Express.

Where we do not ship

We are not currently able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destination. Agricultural import rules vary enough that we would rather do it properly than have your box seized at a border.

Packaging

Dried chile pods are shelf-stable for about a year and are shipped in sealed pouches inside a protective mailer. There is no cold pack and none is needed.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. If tracking has not updated within three business days, email support@isthispepperhot.com and we will chase it.
