Refund policy

Unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and return shipping is on us. Once a box has been opened we cannot accept a return. This is a food product and we are not able to resell it.

If your box arrives damaged, crushed, or with a broken pouch, email a photo to support@isthispepperhot.com and we will replace it or refund it, your choice, with no return needed.

We do not offer refunds on the grounds that the peppers were too hot. The full varietal list and Scoville range of every pod is printed on the box and published on the product page before you buy. That is the product.

How to start a return

Email support@isthispepperhot.com with your order number. We will confirm by reply and send you a prepaid label if the return is eligible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return, or immediately in the case of a damaged shipment.
